Today was a slow day. In the morning we set up our racks which took only an hour long. We set four racks up and three machines. They look really good. Our electrical is almost done and should be ready for another inspection by the end of the week. I signed three kids up for Taekwondo and entered them into the system. Other then that, the day was slow and was more of an organizational day. I am excited to get this place open. They have fully embraced all of my ideas and haven implanted a lot of them. Will, Jeff, and myself sit down everyday at lunch and have business meetings. This is a time for us to put our minds together and discuss new ideas about our facility. This gym is so unique, that you can not find anything like it in the Dayton. There are sports performance places, boxing facilities, and trainers, but there is no place that combines all of those aspects into one unique place. Mike and Will run all of the training, while Jeff and myself run all of the business side. I have signed up so many clients, and I continue to recruit new clients. A lot of my clients that I have recruited, are waiting for us to open. We are awaiting inspections and should be opening around June 1st!
